As a customer of Virelli, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at virelliaccessories@gmail.com before sending it back. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days, excluding any shipping costs. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
